The Sports Centre in Tolosa manages to organise large sport areas in a reduced volume, decreasing the impact of the building in the environment. The building consists on two light volumes connected by a common base or plinth. The first volume accomodates the wet zones and the second one, the largest sports halls. The common zones and fitness area are disposed in the base volume. The swimming-pools take the glazed volume, providing a large amount of natural light.
